Emperor Financial Services Group
Since the establishment of Emperor Financial Services Group (EFSG) in 1978, it has continuously offered a wide range of money market services. Together with its subsidiaries, EFSG has offers securities, futures and bullion dealing, investment consultant and corporate financing services globally. Concurrently, EFSG convenes investment symposiums and conduct exhibitions on a regular basis, strengthening investors’understanding in Forex, Bullion and stock and futures trading.

EFSG Trainee Programme
EFSG Trainee Recruitment Program is an initiative started by EFSG to enhance participants’ understanding on the financial sector. It is a four-week intensive training program that allows candidates to experience the dynamics of the financial world.

The programme will be offer 3 aspects of wealth management, including Analysis, Trading and Sales. Other than technical skills, EFSG also aims to strengthen soft skills of participants by offering a series of activities. Besides, EFSG also hopes to assist successful candidates to plan their future career, as well as to provide opportunities on future employment for outshining candidates.

Activities include
- A basic overview of company structure
- Learning to build wealth portfolio
- Gain insight on several investment products
- Learn to operate demo account
- Group discussion on macroeconomics and technical analysis, e.g. candlestick, Stochastic, MACD, trend-lines, pattern recognizing, etc.
- Talks will be delivered by successful individuals in the field of investment
- Periodic evaluation of participants to facilitate the development of participants as an equipped representative in related area

Details of the Programme
Duration of Program: One month, work on every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1400 to 1900
Financial assistance: Basic remuneration will be paid (around $40 per hour), plus commission for finishing training (will be decided at the meeting between chosen participants and company representatives depending on individual performance)
